✔ Commercial (non-Medicare) PPO Plans (Only if they do not require prior authorization.)

❌ HMO Plans (These require prior authorization to see a specialist.)
❌ Medicare Advantage Plans That Require Prior Authorization
❌ Any Insurance Plan That Requires Prior Authorization to See a Physician in Our Office
Cash Pay Options
We do accept self-pay (cash-pay) patients. If your insurance does not meet our requirements, you may still see us on a cash, check or credit card basis and use your insurance for labs, imaging, and other external services.
